I used a Flash web editor called Wix.com. The editing program...ran...really....slowly....on....my....computer. It was a PITA. But the results are lovely.
It is interesting to note that they have a free option and several very VERY inexpensive options/month for web hosting. The plan I chose costs a mere $5/month. That is much better than the $38/quarter I was paying with Yahoo.
